I will never know what the service is worth, having visited the open agency, during opening hours and being turned away, invited to give them a call as they were normally closed. They seem to dispatch calls to at home agents but do not take customers without appointments. Neither did they offer an appointment. My presence seemed unwelcome, without even a polite greeting, I certainly felt I had no right turning up there. Sad considering I chose to visit the agencys to have a human interaction.
