        Worst experience of my life. Our flight of June 2020 was cancelled and we only received a refund January 2023 because Brilliant Travel did not provide the necessary documents to the Toronto office for the funds to be released. I had to request the refund from PAL, then later file several complaints because I did not receive the funds. Once the Toronto office received the documents the funds were released. Sadly we had to waits years for Brilliant to follow through.

        I would highly recommended buying tickets from there because of the way they take care of you and find you the best price available. I always have great experience when I go there. Very reliable travel agent.

        We have been dealing with these nice folks for over 10 years and have no complaints only gratitude and greatfulness. We used them to find us great prices to the philippines with no problems very patient when we were undecided. We would recommend them for sure.
