We have use this travel agency for many years and never had a complaint, the travel agent we were dealing with retired, after that we were in contact with patricia, which i believe is the manager, and we've had the worst experience! She goes days even weeks without replying to emails, phone calls, voicemails ect. When i finally got a hold on her she told me she would call me back within an hour and that was 2 weeks ago, since then complete silence! I never write reviews but that how disappointed i am in the service or the lack of it! I understand being busy, but you have a team, if you're overwhelmed or don't feel like doing your job, delegate!

We always use this travel agency for our travels! Our travel agent is Patricia H., and she is hands down the best travel agent we ever had. Every detail is taken care of, and if you have absolutely any trouble during your trip she is there to help! For example, we had some problems a few years back on our way to Europe, an incident midflight led to a HUGE delay and we had many connecting flights which we would have missed were it not for Patricia! She herself was on vacation in a different time zone but she took care of everything and basically saved our trip! Excellent, excellent service, book with them!!
