Not the greatest service. Used the 24/7 U Haul app to pick up the truck. Equipment I had reserved were not in the truck. The sliding door was unlocked so if the equipment had been put in the truck, it could have been stolen. Will not go to that particular U Haul dealer again.

NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE!!! Nobody was present for me to pick up the key. I had to contact customer support and they switched me to another location.

Horrible, would honestly never recommend. For the past 2 days before my reservation, I couldn't reach them. I called and was on hold for 1h30m in which 1 woman answered 3 times and tried to transfer me only to return to her, then the call ended. I called again and after an hour she finally picked up again only to find out that she could've helped me all along! Next the day of my reservation, there was no one available to tell me the code for the key, so another 2 hours of wait and 1h30 of assistance before we finally got the code. Then the back tire were slashed so we called roadside assistance and was on hold for another 2 hours, only to be told that roadside will be 90 mins......2 hours later and we are still waiting. Now on hold for 30 mins and going. Its so crazy and unbelievable that I still find it hard to believe. Never use uhaul, even if the owner replies to this review, nothing they say could make it any better. All I'm expecting is my money back and for them to not cause any trouble to someone who reads this.
