        it's a very modern building. Has nice places to study, clean toilets and water fountains to drink. I enjoyed, one star was deducted for the amount of snow around the building, I had difficulties entering it, had to clean my way with a shovel into the building. Got too tired and even hungry. One solution would be to visit this building during the summer only when there is no snow. Otherwise carry a shovel with you to be able to enter.
