During my last visit for maintenance, this garage tells me that my tank needs some love and that due to poor maintenance, the right rear caliper needs to be changed urgently with the rear discs and pads (which I had already had changed 25,000 km before following Kia's recommendations). This is very disappointing knowing that for the past 5 years I have entrusted all of my vehicle's maintenance to Kia at the rate of two reviews per year (at the same time as the tire changes) to avoid this kind of inconvenience. I refuse the repairs and go to another garage for a second opinion. Result: The right caliper is simply rusted and does not require any changes. No overheating contrary to what Kia mentioned. The rear discs and pads are also still good. I will never set foot in this garage again and will shop elsewhere for my next vehicle. Je refuse les rparations et vais dans un autre garage pour une contre expertise. Rsultat: l'trier droit est simplement rouill et ne ncessite aucun changement. Aucune surchauffe contrairement ce que Kia mentionnait. Les disques et plaquettes arrires sont galement encore bons. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans ce garage et je magasinerai mon prochain vhicule ailleurs.

I was cheated by this dealer...they sold me a newer car but they gave older car then the engine was broken..I start sueing them in the court..BE CAREFUL...!! and stay away of this dishonest dealer...I had terrible experience...I will share here result of following the case

My husband & I attempted to purchase a car from here but evidently it did not work out. We were always left in the dark, all of our emails/calls/texts went unanswered & they ALWAYS had an excuse. Someone was in the hospital, no receptionist, not enough salespeople, left early, email didn't send etc. We put down a deposit, completed the finance application & were approved, yet they refused to sell us the car after we expressed our frustrations with the lack of communication. I personally believe it is because we are anglophones & they refused us good quality service because of that. We were very much a last priority. All we did was express our frustrations to the sales manager about our treatment & how we felt ignored & he blew up at us & essentially told us to kick rocks because we were "too difficult to work with", so they turned us away. They obviously cannot handle criticism, or being called out for bad customer service. In the end I'm actually grateful that we got out of it, if this is how we were going to be treated before they got our money, I don't even want to know how we would've been treated afterwards. Bullet dodged. Avoid this place, especially if you're an anglophone!
