I refuse the repairs and go to another garage for a second opinion. Result: The right caliper is simply rusted and does not require any changes. No overheating contrary to what Kia mentioned. The rear discs and pads are also still good. I will never set foot in this garage again and will shop elsewhere for my next vehicle.     My husband & I attempted to purchase a car from here but evidently it did not work out. We were always left in the dark, all of our emails/calls/texts went unanswered & they ALWAYS had an excuse. Someone was in the hospital, no receptionist, not enough salespeople, left early, email didn't send etc. We put down a deposit, completed the finance application & were approved, yet they refused to sell us the car after we expressed our frustrations with the lack of communication. I personally believe it is because we are anglophones & they refused us good quality service because of that. We were very much a last priority. All we did was express our frustrations to the sales manager about our treatment & how we felt ignored & he blew up at us & essentially told us to kick rocks because we were "too difficult to work with", so they turned us away. They obviously cannot handle criticism, or being called out for bad customer service. In the end I'm actually grateful that we got out of it, if this is how we were going to be treated before they got our money, I don't even want to know how we would've been treated afterwards. Bullet dodged. Avoid this place, especially if you're an anglophone!
