I wasnt happy when I called and said I would be maybe a hour late to drop off the car he had me pay for another day and not at the rate I got it at on a different rate higher hertz would let me use the same rate I started with also car wasnt clean when I received it there was a piece of lettuce in the cup holder and all back of the car was dirty but that wasnt my complaint its that it cost me 87$ more for the car when the rate I got with work was 22$ a day
