Worst branch, it says open until 12am on a Friday. Door was open was denied service at 9pm. If you are closed lock the door and turn off your lights and update your hours on google if you aren't going to respect them.

Ordered an aristotle bowl from this location for delivery. Have been forcing myself to eat what used to be my favourite bowl. Its missing several ingredients (sweet potatoes, olives, chickpeas, mung beans), has some ingredients that shouldnt be there (black beans), and the shiitake tastes like something gone bad. Avoid this branch.

UPDATE: I emailed foodtastic as they requested in their response and it's been over a few weeks and they have yet to reply. So theig generic reply for u to message them is pretty much useless. This hands down is the worst copper branch in the city. The owner Joe is simply terrible at managing his location. I went in and ordered their new breakfast menu, and the clerk told me that the NEW breakfast, that was introduced no more than a day ago was now discontinued!! I told them it's brand new, and was then told, "oh, ya, we don't have any of the ingredients for it." I ordered one of the just egg bagels, and when I got home they forgot to put the just egg. I then, on another occasion placed an order via the website, a few min later I got a call from the restaurant saying they did not have one of the items I ordered, and they could not refund that part of my order. I showed up to pick up 1 of the 2 items I ordered and when I arrived was told BOTH items were unavailable and they cannot refund my order, that I had to call Joe the next day to get my refund. I called the next day, Joe was not there, and did not return my call. I tried contacting head office, but their number is a spam number. I basically had to jump through a million hoops until I finally reached someone on Instagram (because copper branch's customer form online gets no replies ever) after multiple messages back and forth I finally was able to obtain my refund. No contact from Joe, no contact from head office, no compensation for making me run after money they took from me without getting me the food I paid for. All around poor experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND anyone go there. Do not waste your money on this place!
