Very aggressive and underhanded sales tactics. Im amazed shes still in business. A while ago, when I was still a student, I went for a haircut at Fannys. To avoid surprises, I had asked for the price upfront. During my haircut, Fanny started talking to me about the styles that would suit me. When the haircut and blow dry were finished, Lo and behold, I get a bill for nearly $300 more than agreed! I started contesting but Fanny aggressively insisted that she had given me a consultation and she would absolutely not budge. I should have stood my ground but I felt extremely intimidated so I paid. That was the only time I ever had to borrow money to pay off my credit card.

I had such a pleasant experience at Fannys. It was my first time there and as I entered I felt so cozy and safe, the salon has great energy and I loved the fact that I could take off my big winter boots and just relax with comfy slippers provided there. Fanny has such a calming energy, she talked to me for a bit before starting to cut, got a lil therapy session that helped me relax properly :) she also offered me a mask that my hair urgently needed

I had a fantastic experience with Fanny. She gave me a haircut with partial highlights and it came out amazing. She really listened to what I wanted and took his time. The entire studio is friendly, and they're great about walk-ins. Worth 5 stars rating.
