YG holds me accountable every single day - which is exactly what I need. He has an approach that puts emphasis on habit-building and mental health, components that have to come before fitness skills if you want to lead a healthy lifestyle. Hes very supportive but he also asserts himself as an expert as any coach should. He has helped me get back on track with healthy choices in my grocery and meal planning.
