I joined the prenatal yoga class and it was a great class for me to prepare my mind to be a mom. And now I am having a mammy baby class, my girl loves it when we do the peaceful singing. I enjoy the time in the class and hope my baby girl will develop this mindful habit when she is older...

Clearlight is a wonderful person and teacher. She creates a really welcoming environment and her classes are very well structured. The prenatal partner class was perfect to learn more about labour and prepare for it, and the mama-baby yoga is amazing to learn to live with a whole new baby. It's the best place to be when you are still just figuring things out with the tiny human.

I joined the prenatal yoga classes and the childbirth workshop; I can't tell you how wonderful these experiences were. The yoga classes were a safe space to prepare your mind and body to the journey you are living, while you share experiences with women on the same path with the wise guidance of Clearlight. The childbirth workshop is just an amazing empowering tool! One of the things I liked the most was that the partner has a leading role on it, at the end of the day he will be fundamental on keeping you grounded and centered while you are in labor. I think that the combination of the yoga classes + the workshop (and of course an excellent medical staff) were responsible that I had an unforgettably beautiful childbirth experience, so if you are pregnant you won't regret to take them.

Mom and baby course is great! Lovely instructor and a great opportunity to socialize with other new moms. Learned some great post delivery exercises to do for my recovery and some massage techniques that my baby loves. Highly recommend.
