Alors le dossier se transporte devant le tribunal.. Formax est finalement condamn a payer une partie des frais encourus Cest dommage quils ont investi beaucoup dargent et temps dans des frais davocat, temps au tribunal, ingnieur etc pour tent de se sauver de leur faute au lieu de simplement payer les rparations au dbut! Il faut pas sattendre a avoir de la qualit et services avec eux sinon vous serrez du. Si vous avez un problme aprs les travaux bonne chance vous risqu de devoir vous battre + investir votre temps/argent pour rclam les rparations car il vont tout faire pour rien payer.
