Chalets du Lac Ouareau

Needs a lot of renovation. Plus it is badly maintained, not cleaned at all. Mostly everything needs fixing. Dirty and cloudy pool with a dirty spa and a broken sauna. Their isnt no ac and no bug screens on the windows. If you dont have AC their should be bug screens and fans available. The beds are awfully uncomfortable. Feels like old mattresses from the 1950s if your partner turns around you go flying in the air.Their is black mold in the Bathrooms which is unacceptable. Not to mentioned the yard with all the kids toys which looks like an old kindergarten with no budget. For the price they are asking for a week it should be tip top seriously Ive rarely been disappointed like this. A camping would have been better then this. I cant understand that an establishment like this can still be available and rented.
