We purchased a home with pool in disrepair. We hired them to return it to working order. This was a rough experience from the start. They showed up randomly to do the quote but luckily we're home. Our pool liner had holes in it and all of the plumbing was cracked and very weathered. They told us we had to use a subcontractor to install the liner and referred us to one of their people. Flash forward to installation day. O'piscine didn't send all the parts he needed to do the install and we had to go get parts from them. Little did we know that O'piscine forgot to quote or add new bottom drain piece to the order. The subcontractor installed what O'piscine sent for him to install. Needless to say the subcontractor wasn't very suprised when our pool leaves and saturated our yard. Now O'piscine is saying that it's not their fault and have begun thier defensive posturing. The problem is that the loners can't be reinstalled if they are taken out and the liner has to be taken out to replace the drain that O'piscine should have included from the begining. On top of all that they did not test the pumps as they were supposed to and it doesn't work properly either. O'piscine, junior in particular doesn't seem to take pride in thier work or ensure that what you pay for actually works as it should. They seem to think that their clients need to be pool experts who can do thier job for them. They could have had a client for decades. Instead we regret ever calling them. I highly do not recommend them. It's been an expensive, frustrating and stressfull experience with no working pool to show for it yet.
