Par la suite, j ai appel pour massurer de louverture de la boutique,. Mais, pas de rponse lors de mon appel. Jai laisse un message expliquant la situation et demandant la possibilit de faire un change pour un sac plus rigide peu importe le montant. Je rappelle donc pour y retourner et massurer que le magasin est ouvert aprs 17:00. Vu les rnovations de la ruez Laurier, je prfre aussi vrifier la disponibilit de la boutique. On ma alors immdiatement rpliqu de faon arrogante et sans aucune dlicatesse que lchange tait refus , et que javais pris trop de temps rclamer un change et, ce sans me demander la date exacte de lachat ces propos ,j ai rexpliqu que je mtais dplace deux reprises, que javais tlphon et quil sagissait dun cadeau et que je voulais simplement vrifier les autres sacs rigide. Larrogance du responsable ne cessait pas daugmenter et dtre agressive sans raison. Il ne voulait pas couter mes explications.Son attitude tait bien diffrente de celle durant lachat. Maintenant, je sais o aller pour lachat de valises ou sacs de voyage Chez Grimard sur Besubien. Service trs professionnel et courtois.
