Heather has been simply fantastic in helping to treat my TMJ pain. Her sessions combined with the exercises she recommends have been exactly what I needed to immediately start reducing my symptoms and making me feel better again. I've gone to Heather many times, always for different issues (thanks, ageing). She is wonderful! Kind, considerate, and a great listener: she really cares. Also, she knows her stuff! After going to many osteopaths, I've finally found my forever expert. Recommend!

Heather is a rare gem. Her combined knowledge of Osteo and Athletic Therapy make her an amazing therapist. She can treat with Osteo then assign exercises to get rid of the cause of the problem. She's awesome. And fun. And, I recently realized: always continuing her eduction of the body and how it works. STRONG recommendation!
