I had a terrible experience at the UPS access point at Outremont 1301 Bernard Ave. The person at the UPS access point is very unprofessional, arrogant and not friendly. I never want to visit the UPS access point again. (I had two tracking numer and told the person that this one package is returned one and i need you to check this another tracking number, please. Please can you check my other tracking number if it is available with you. He said, I don't care about return or whatever, this is UPS problem, just take it, just take it and completely ignored me. He was showing his anger to me without any reason. (at 6.30 PM 23 November 2022). I hope service will be better in future.
