My partner and I stopped at the drive-thru to get a coffee and a lunch sandwich. To begin with, the drive-thru was not at all busy but we waited 15 minutes before the employee took our order. There was only one car in front of us but tons of vehicles were added behind us to order. Once the order was placed, we then waited another 20 minutes before arriving at the window. Once again, there was only one vehicle in front of ours. Once at the window, another 5 minutes of waiting before we could pay and receive our order. Our order had been completely missed, a worker wrap without eggs (specified twice when ordering) was served to us with eggs and an iced coffee with espresso foam was served to us with a shot of espresso. However, the employee replaced our iced coffee with a smile. We spent almost an hour in total in the drive-thru line.
