I hired this company to perform vehicle testing of street legal scooters governed by Transport Canada. After dealing with them initially for two models I sent them a retainer in trust to complete a third model. We had not decided which model we would test and eventually never tested another model. I asked for my $2000 deposit to be returned repeatedly and sent a copy of the wire transfer from my bank to the company for reference. Paulette Gowing the owner of the company acknowledged the debt and over the course of 3 years repeatedly said she would check her files for work she thought she did on the file. I welcomed her assertion that she had any proof of work done and even challenged her with a model number which she could not provide. My warning to the public is do not do business with this company or pay any money on deposit to them as they are not honest or reputable. The company is run by Paullete and her husband George Gowing. My call's, emails and demands for a refund have been ignored and the money I placed in trust has not been returned in good faith.
