The WORST company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes, so I responded to the invoice they emailed me to inform them of this. I waited over a week, but they simply ignored me. I then used the messaging system they have to contact them via their website, after which they ignored me for the 2nd time. So I write a new email to tell them of the issue.. IGNORED for the 3rd time. A MONTH later I get contacted by a customer service rep asking me to send pictures of the product I received, which I did a few hours later. After which point I was IGNORED FOR THE 4th TIME!!!!! I responded asking for a solution, and you guessed it: I was IGNORED AGAIN. At first, I thought they were just too incompetent to put the correct item in in the mail. Now, after being ignored FIVE TIMES, it seems clear to me that they also do not care at all about their customers. Its an immoral company like this that legitimizes anyones fear of ordering online. I will literally never stop telling everyone in the skate community how Axis Boutique is pure trash.
