        Alexandra Yoga is a absolute must for me & my weekly routine. Amazing nonjudgmental inclusive environment open and welcoming to all. Well trained knowledgeable staff that have helped me on my yoga and self care journey. They are very comfortable with adapting to my specific needs, weather its spending a more relaxing session concentrating on breathing and meditation or a more intense session of stretching. Book a massage with Anne-Marie you will not be disappointed.
