the worst customer service I have ever received. You walk in the store, beautiful showroom. Do not be deceived, the products that they say you will receive never come in stock. The salesperson tells you lies and that then never call you back. I have been chasing my sales person for over 5 weeks now for updates on my order that I placed 3 months ago.I was told they would have it available in 2 weeks when I placed the order. I have called and left numerous voicemails and no one calls me back. I am so fed up. These were big purchases but once they have your order they do not care about the service afterwards. If you are looking for high end bathroom supplies I would take your business elsewhere. Not worth the headaches and hassle.

Worst Customer service ever. Sale person speaks very sweet and you feel like service never received before. But, wait until you receive your order. You will never get your order. Left messages, nobody calls. No confirmation of getting order. Supposed to get items today. But, no confirmation. Don't go there. I would give zero rating to this store. Because, after my rating, the store people promised to get me the right item to be deliver and guess what? Again, after week and half, they sent wrong item. I have paid in advance in full. (Very first day - because of customer service I got - I shouldn't have done that). Now again, we have to deal with the contractor to reschedule, taking time off the work every time they say delivery is coming and every time getting wrong item. This is waste of my time and money. I would never recommend to anyone to go to this store in Pierrefonds.
