Good dentist. Rude receptionist. Sadly, Does not care to accommodate clients despite the fact that we've been seeing the same dentist for 15 years !!!. If my family's business isn't wanted here, I will look for another clinic who can accommodate checkups and cleaning for the entire family.

Parents BEWARE! Never coming back to this clinic again. We took our seven-year-old daughter to a regular exam; they said we couldn't go in there because they were taking an X-ray. We waited for 45 minutes in the waiting area. They didn't bother to come out and ask us to come in. They had done a teeth cleaning without taking our confirmation. How can you take a child without allowing the parents to go inside and perform services without returning to them first, asking them to pay the bill on the way out as if they had no say about this? What's worse is the way they dealt with this situation. The office manager called us back in an attempt to blame us. She swallowed back her "disguised-with-politeness" arrogant attitude when confronted with the facts while remaining indifferent to losing us as customers.

This office offers the best service to patients of all ages. Their professionalism and kindness shines from the moment you enter the office. I would highly suggest this office to anyone looking for great gentle dental care

I have nothing but praise for Centre Dentaire Pierrefonds :) From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated like absolute gold. The entire staff is extremely friendly and make you feel right at home. A special shoutout to Lynne & Line for making my first experience one to remember. Dr. Kanatselis is a gem and took the time to explain the questions I had. I would highly recommend to those looking for an honest, friendly and efficient dentist! Already looking forward to my next appointment :)
