Absolutely zero confidence, when calling for the first time for your child and have to deal with the rudest receptionist. It shows that perhaps they don't really enjoy their job. Don't want my kid in that energy.

I don't usually do this but I felt compelled to leave a review based on how great my childhood experience was with this place. Dr Schneidman and his team made the experience a blast - from video games and toys in the waiting room, to the many flavours of fluoride, to the stickers and prizes at the end. I remember my visits to the dentist in more detail than the 'fun' activities my parents spent a fortune on . I'm now in my 30s. A lot of my friends hate going to the dentist because of painful experiences in their past, but I feel the opposite - I love going because I only have positive memories . I feel grateful that the team took such care to instil positive feelings in children around their teeth - these stay with you for life, as I can attest. Thank you!
