What everyone else said about the customer service. Attitude of Front of house staff is terrible.

Dentist and hygienist are nice and friendly and seem knowledgeable. HOWEVER The reception staff are horrible, rude, impolite EVERY time. I'm definitely considering taking my children elsewhere BECAUSE of the front desk staff. They are so mean and unpleasant. Its difficult to comprehend. Customer service is a big zero. I could not recommend anyone to go there. It's very sad because what goes on in the front of the clinic is different than what goes on in the back. The owner of the clinic needs to address this. There are many poor reviews that pertain to the RECEPTION STAFF. It's not hard to put on a smile, be friendly and polite. I've never seen such bad customer service. It must be difficult to be a miserable person all the time, why transfer that energy onto clients?

Terrible. My daughter is 5 years old, and from the waiting room, the dr. Calls out my daughters name and we go to follow her to the room. The dr. Stops me and says shes old enough to go alone. I was so confused and so hurt that she was just taking her like that. Dr. Bellfleur obviously has no children. I then try to proceed to tell her why we were there, and she said no need to explain, she will take a look herself and find the problem. They finally come out of the room and she tells me to go to the secretary and she will explain the next procedures. They brushed me off and said they were very busy. Wow. Only 3 ppl were there. Terrible. But terrible staff. Heartless. I wish I can give a zero star.

We have been seeing Dr. Schneidman for almost 17 years. He is a wonderful and caring dentist with great staff. Thank you.
