Brought my son's Canada Goose jacket for cleaning. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked it up ! Fur around the hood was completely burnt and whatever was left of it it was falling off. Hologram was gone from the jacket. All they could tell me is that the jacket was defective. Don't trust them with your expensive items because they have no idea how to take care of them.

My sister brought her Canada Goose jacket. 2 years old and in perfect condition. When we picked it up, it was faded (no longer black) and there were holes everywhere. Hoping to find a solution, we were shocked when the owner said to contact the Better Business Bureau. Horrible customer service. We all make mistakes, but one has to own up to them and fix the problem. Will not go back to this location ever.
