Alors calmement je lui ai demand pourquoi il snervait de a sorte, il cest mis littralement crier aprs moi en me demandant de sortir de son magasin, chose que jai faite. Je nai jamais vcu une situation similaire. viter ce cordonnier, il y a plusieurs autres qui savent respectert leurs clients.

Horrible experience. Tried on the altered dress, still didn't fit properly. She proceeded to body shame me, telling me I gained weight but offered to fix it as a favour. I tried it on again 4 days later once fixed a second time, still didn't fit. She proceeded to body shame another part of my body, and took no accountability for the pool alteration. For reference, i'm a size S/4. Melanie should really be careful with the way she treats customers, as any insecure woman would be triggered by her commentary

Scamed by Melanie. I bought a size 14 dress on line in June, to wear for my daughter's (wedding in B.C. Sept 9th) I brought it to a friend in July, that altered tops for me but she messed up my dress into a size 10 dress from 14. Then I come to Melanie, end of mid August, in tears explaining all this. I told her I need the dress for labor day weekend. 1st week of September. If she didn't have time or too costly I would just buy a dress in the store. To which she assured me, to relax and she will fix it, not mentioning the cost. "She knew how much I paid to the other woman and the dress" I came 6 weeks before the wedding in tears and 'm a senior under stress. She assured me she will have the dress ready for the wedding, as I was leaving to B.C. labour day weekend. She sent me home with instructions, so I spent 9 hours removing all the seams from a dress that I had paid $100.00 to be destroyed then I brought it back 2 days later. I went for three fittings, each time I was the one calling her to book a day n time, concerned it wouldn't be ready. Then at the final day, it was supposed to be ready now Friday, last minute. My nerves are shot!, I pick the dress up, gave her an envelope with cash (since I had to remove from bank). I had to Pay her $250.00 cash for dress or tax if used machine. No receipt, my name and blank cost. I was in shock she charged that much. Not even gold threads! Her machine did all the work n me. She said her hemming cost $200.00. I paid on line from New York $50.00 for the dress. Then I get to B.C. wedding day, I try to put the dress on, I can't, the close the zipper is over sown and belt maligned. Over $400.00 and dtress for a dress I could not even wear. This woman takes your money and is the biggest Crook! She is not an honest person but God sees what she did to me and Karma will come back on her 10xs
