I wanted my home to be cleaned following the departure of my ex as a way to both have a clean home as well as a symbolically clean slate. I ordered the deep cleaning service and could not be more satisfied. My house is the cleanest I've ever seen it. Thank you so much for helping me through this hard time

Did not explain anything on the phone. I asked them to clean three rooms. Kitchen bathroom and bedroom. They were going to charge more for deep cleaning and i said no problem. The minute they saw the place they refused to do the job and asked for more money 250 to 350$ and were very afraid of the job. My mom is sick, she cant clean and i work so i have no time. I hired these people to help her, and when i refused to pay more they left didnt even clean the bedroom which was not that bad to clean. they refused to do the job. Its very unprofessional and all they care for is money. I would never hire this company again. Service: Deep clean

We hired this company to clean a short term rental we are staying in, general cleaning plus carpet cleaning. It was supposed to cost $430 for everything. We came home to a poorly cleaned house: - kitchen counters had food and dirt left on them - shower still had soap residue - bathtub wasnt cleaned at all - bedroom dresser was not wiped down. - mezzanine upstairs wasnt swept, mopped or dusted AT ALL. Totally left out of the cleaning. - we THOUGHT the carpets were done, for $280 but the living room rug wasnt touched at all. It wasnt even wet. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because most of the carpet were done and the main floor was swept and mopped. But WOW. We only paid for the carpets and shouldnt have even done that. I was using there services for a while and I was very happy at first. Then without notice, they started sending other employees, who did a bad job and even ruined a piece of furniture. I have to admit, they did come and clean again after the bad job free of charge, so I let it go as mistakes can happen. During the pandemic they had to stop coming which was understandable. However, they recently started cleaning my place again, and on one day that they were supposed to come I had to cancel due to COVID symptoms. This was done for their sake! I then left them several voice and text messages and got no response and I have no idea why. Perhaps they expected payment due to the short notice, which I would have provided. But to not answer a client and leave them in the dark, after several attempts is completely unprofessional. Service: Standard cleaning
