Not even a full month in and my wife and I are filled with regret for moving in here. Starting off with the positive; its a nice area, good looking apartments, overall not bad looking buildings either. The dishwasher included is great too. Negatives The management is abysmal.. they lie and are hard to get a hold of. We were shown the apartment through a demo and than when they showed us the building they showed us the same model we signed up for but on the 8th floor because we cant schedule with the tenants of where you would be moving in. Turns out the lady who showed us around LIED to us, the reason why they didnt show us was because the tenants SMOKED cigarettes in the place causing an INTENSE 3rd hand smoke that weve been trying to clean out OURSELVES for weeks now (Mirna is her name by the way, horrible job she did too). I have tried to get the management to realize this and do something concrete about it but all they did was repaint and pass the mop which doesnt do anything you have to actually scrub the walls before painting. The worst part in all this is MY WIFE IS EXPECTING soon and I have nooo intentions of having my baby brought into an apartment with such a stench. We cleaned ourselves but the smell is still very intense A complete disaster already, I know for a fact that I will be moving out next year already. For now we have to tough it out but I highly suggest you do not move in to anything Plan-A. Also the air filters were not changed, and completely filled with gunk/dirt
