Got a $35,000 mazda from them. Paid for 2 years protection. After 2 weeks, noticed over 20 rust spots on the roof.Fixed it for $2000. Got concerned. 1 year later, while oil change, they said your valve cover is leaking. I advised to use protection that I purchased for +$2000. Here is the fun starts. They said sorry, you have 145000km on it( bought at 129000km). They mentioned that this protection is up to 140000km. I clearly remember that Eric Boisclair mention 2 year, perhaps 6 times, but nothin about milage. Who in a good mind would spend over $2000 for protection for 16k km?! So, the cheme of tricking clients is well understood. Thank you Eric. Oh, almost forget the valve cover was leaking since the beginning, and they never mentioned it during "protection" period, truly honest dealership. Will I buy from them again- No. Will I recommend them- No. Very unpleasant experience on my 8th Mazda. But never again mazda220.
