STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Absolutely USELESSunprofessionalToyota dealership So learn from my mistake and avoid this place like the plague. Lies unanswered calls, They ignore you and treat clients with contempt like youre a bug. Dishonest and not transparent about the waiting list and its order. I ordered a sienna 2022 back on feb 17 2022. The salesman told me 2 to 4 months wait then 4 to 8 months then 12 to 24 months maybe not even in 2024 0r 2025 . Misleading and lied to repeatedly After 12 months of waiting for a factory order for a sienna salespeople dont have me on the list. After I asked many times what my position was told that it the dealers list and not open for the public. Dont waste your time here. They obviously want you to get you to buy extra or finance or trade up the pay extra later. This place sucks. If I knew better i would have gone to spinelli in point claire. I never had a bad experience with them. The sales manager here is an obnoxious clown and the general manger is incompetent to say the least. All lies, smiles and empty promises . Toyotas brand and reputation is pulled though the mud with this dealership. Toyota should revoke their franchise. Are you listening Toyota!! I should have read the reviews they werent lying. Even good reviews smell fishy!!! All written at the same time period. With no notice they breached our sales agreement. Cant deliver on their promises. And cant deliver the car.
