I am writing this letter because I had a very bad experience when I went to see them 1 month ago especially that I am a CLIENT of them and bought an A/C unit from them 2 years ago. When the CLIENT tries to explain to them the reason of the complaint, they will try to make you believe that their workers are 100% right and the CLIENT is wrong in saying this. Thinking that they would be understanding. But i was wrong. They are just interested in taking the money which at $250 for a 5 minute service to come at the place, which I think to me it is very expensive. I hope that the people take note of my event......

J'cris ceci parce que j'ai eu une trs mauvaise exprience avec eux il y a 1 mois, surtout que je suis un client et que j'ai achet une unit de climatisation chez eux il y a 2 ans. Lorsque le client fait une rclamation, il essaie de vous faire croire que ses employs ont raison 100% et que le client a tort de dire cela. Pensant qu'ils seraient comprhensifs. Mais je me trompais. Ils veulent juste l'argent qui, 250 $ pour un service de 5 minutes, ce qui, mon avis, est trs cher. J'espre que les gens en prendront note......Merci...

Then, customer service:
2 to 3 weeks for an appointment (it's been flowing for 3 weeks)
Oops, the tech is sick, we postpone the appointment for 4 days (where is the big team??)
$250 for a 15 minute check up!
Being told "it needs a cleaning" and "there was a spider in the pipe outside"
Cleaning: $250
"No, but you're here, let's do it right away so we don't pay $250 for 15 minutes"
"Ha no, it's not the same thing, it takes another appointment".
Other appointment: in 2-3 weeks
Let's see!
Ho, and nothing happens over the weekend. It flows? it will wait!
"You could have started by suggesting a cleaning before sending a tech"
"Ha no, I'm not here to give advice, I send techs"
Let's see! It is therefore well to manage this company like a convenience store in the neighborhood!!
Avoid this company! The decor is beautiful, but then we are treated like crap. Even the tech truck was falling apart!

Attention au discours des vendeurs: "On est une grosse compagnie, nous avons plusieurs camions et techniciens pour un support super rapide, etc. etc."
Ensuite, service la "clientle" :
2 3 semaines pour un rdv (a coule depuis 3 semaines)
Oups, le tech est malade, on repousse de 4 jours le rdv (elle est o la grosse quipe??)
250$ pour un check up de 15 minutes!
Se faire dire "il faut un nettoyage" et "il y avait une araigne dans le tuyau dehors"
Nettoyage : 250$
"Non, mais vous tes l, faisons le tout de suite pour ne pas payer 250$ pour 15 minutes"
"Ha non, ce n'est pas la mme chose, a prend un autre rdv".
Autre rdv : dans 2-3 semaines
Voyons donc!
Ho, et il ne se passe rien durant le weekend. a coule? a attendra!

Voyons donc! C'est dont ben grer comme un dpanneur de fond de quartier cette compagnie l!!
Fuyez cette compagnie! Le dcor est beau, mais ensuite, on est traiter comme de la m*rde. Mme le camion du tech tombait en ruine! Services: Install AC, A/C system maintenance
