    Purchased a mattress at their Pierrefonds location. Advised the sales consultant that I would advise them of a delivery date. He proceeded by setting a temporary date. That date came and we were not moved into our home. Advised the sales consultant that we would call once we were ready to receive the mattress. 2 weeks later I get a call from the warehouse that they were on their way. I advised them I never authorized the delivery for that day. They said it wouldnt be a problem BUT SHOWED UP ANYWAY. Refused the delivery. A few weeks later, called and set the date. They showed up and charged me $57 for a refused delivery from the last time!! They wouldnt deliver unless I paid it. I called their customer service 3 times about getting the charge refunded. They said they would follow up with me (3 times)and NEVER DID. Its not about the $57 but about the principle. Terrible service. Will NEVER ORDER FROM DORMEZ VIUS AGAIN!!
