Steph is great! I was having neck and upper back issues for months. She found the problem worked at it, explained why this might be happening and also what to do on my own time as preventive exercises. She's extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure the proper result is achieved. Clean, courteous and nice looking space. Would definitely recommend.

Stephanie has shown me that being in pain is not normal. I would always say yeah Ive had this issue for years but its normal. Ive gone from barely being able to stand on my feet for over 5 minutes to work multiple hours on my feet pain free. Long lasting sport injuries that I was carrying were tackled by Stephanie with effectiveness. She not only helps you feel better, but she also gives you the tools to help maintain and improve!
