        I was quite taken back by the customer service I experienced. To my surprise, the manager was conversing with me while simultaneously being on the phone. When I inquired about the possibility of adjusting the size of jeans, he seemed rather displeased and told me : do we look like a sewing company !? Its upstairs!! And went back to talking on the phone. he did not provide any further guidance, and it was another client who kindly gave me the necessary directions. If you dont believe me check your cameras around 5:20pm Thursday, may 4 2023
