Dr. Fitzcharles is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly and completely. She answers all questions and gives you the time you need. I recommend her highly.

There is no automated service so when you call you get a busy signal and have to waste your morning calling back over and over. When you finally do get through the receptionist is so rude. Going to change doctors it's not worth the hassle.

(Translated by Google) I was very reluctant to go see dr Fitzcharles because with all the comments I saw I was still thinking about it, I was already judging and not even throwing it again I have fibromyalgia since an accident and the dr took almost 2 hours in his office to ask me the real questions she had compassion and really listened to my answers and an exam with respect without judging you or having the impression that the person does not believe you (Original) Jetais Tres retissante a aller voir le dr Fitzcharles car avec tout les commentaires que je voyais je men disais encore jetais dj juger et jetais mme pas la encore je suis fibromyalgie depuis un accident et le dr a pris presque 2 h dans son bureau me pauser les vrai question elle avait de compassion et coutait vraiment mes rponse et un examen avec respect sans te juger ou avoir limpr que la personne ne te croit pas

Dr.Fitzcharles examined me for 10 minutes after I waited a year to see her and then wrote an 'assessment' full of her judgments and lies that could seriously negatively impact my livelihood and sent me in a spiral of despair. She should retire if she is not willing to lesrn about new illnesses or read up on a patient's entire history before writing such evaluations.
