They didnt talk with me and didnt cooperate me. They were talking to tenants (a old lady) of the apartment (lease transfer) very rudely. I know a little French, but I could see their arrogant face. I went today again by the request of current tenant to submit an application. They were so rude!! My friend had a call and said go out and talk. My application was thrown away without any discussion. Strange!! This kind of behaviour was my first experience in Quebec/Canada (living more than 4 years). The tenant- a old lady then called the police man finally!!!!! So frustrating!!
