My wife and I had the pleasure to deal with this Branch over the past 2 months. We applied for a mortgage loan, and need to clarify that we are Canadian citizen but U.S. resident, the loan process was a bit more involved as we anticipated. However, Mr. Eric Proteau who took care of our dossier was exceptional and very patient with us despite several challenges associated with our situation. He explained the entire process in detail and provided routine updates so we could remain informed along the way. We were treated with respect and certainly not like a number at this Branch.
