I have no idea why anyone would think it's okay to throw a brand new pair of skis in a flimsy cardboard box with only the plastic film to protect it from shipping across the country?! The plastic was obviously damaged with rips all around the edges when I opened the box and with a closer look I saw a 2cm scratch in the top edge of the skis as pictured. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago but received no reply so buyer beware, you're better off spending your money somewhere less sketchy. Update: they compensated me $50, hopefully their team might learn to package their products properly in the future. Regardless I will definitely not be a return customer and save myself the trouble!
