I cant get ahold of customer service at all, Ive been trying for days. No idea when my order will arrive or when it will even be shipped. Wont be ordering from here again. Snuggle bugz has been much more reliable in my experience!

Really unfortunate that their system flagged my purchase as fraudulent because of billing logistics. Its a hassle as a customer and I tried to explain why it was causing issues. Hopefully in the future they can have a better system in place for online ordering. Turns out I am a real person making a real review that was looking forward to my order :(

Very reliable company! They fixed the delivery problem of my purchase immediately and efficiently. The customer service (Marie-Christine) has a mature and responsible attitude to the job which gave me peace of mind. Definitely recommend this store to parents!
