Based on that, I opened an incident from their dashboard. They sent a technician to check the TV and take a photo. After two days, they closed the incident without any notes or email. I called them to know what happened with the incident, and they said, "your plan don't cover physical damage caused by an impact". I replied to the guy saying there is no physical damage or impact on the TV, only lines are shown, and it became dark. Given I was not agreed with his statement, I requested to talk to a supervisor. After 2 weeks, a supervisor finally called me and said : "based on the photo we received, there is an impact" which is completely false. There is no impact or physical impact on the TV. The technician was able to confirm that himself. He saw that when he turns off the TV it looks perfect and once he turned it on, then you see lines and only lines. Then technician event said, before he left :" They might repair the TV or replace it". I also wanted to mention that my call with the supervisor was the worst. I really do not know why they handled the case liken this. - maybe the technician sent a wrong photo - maybe they handled another case and not mine I cannot guess the reason behind the way they handled it.
