Even though I called before the said 2am. They just couldn't keep their appointment and gave me another appointment 3 weeks later.
I remember that I have 3 broken teeth and a temporary filling. I have been a client since I was 8 years old in this clinic, but you have to believe that with the change of ownership, the values of this company have changed.

J'ai t admis en urgence pour une dents cass. On m'a fait un plombage temporaire et on m'a dit que mes autres dents abims pourrait attendre l'examen gnral
Aprs avoir prit rendez vous pour un examen gnral et radio, j'ai attendu plus d'un mois et surprise on m'envoie un mail auquel je dois rpondre dans les 2 heures sinon ils annuleront mon rendez-vous car ils n'ont supposment pas mon numros de tlphone. (C'est drle parsqu'on m'a appel pour confirmer mon rendez vous d'urgence le mois d'avant)
Mme si j'ai appel avant le dit 2h. Ils ne pouvaient simplement pas honorer leur rendez vous et m'ont remit un autre rendez vous 3 semaines plus tard.
Je rappelle que j'ai 3 dents casss et un plombage temporaire. Je suis clients depuis que j'ai 8 ans dans cette clinique mais il faut croire qu'avec le changement de propritaire les valeurs de cette entreprise ont chang.
Service Mdiocre - Manque de professionnalisme - Non respect des rendez vous.
