Un jour plus tard, j'ai reu une rponse avec le sujet Re:Foyer et qui ne contenait que le "Bonjour" d'usage, ainsi quune soumission en pice jointe; que je pensais tre la mme car je ne demandait aucun changement. Je me suis dis qu'il s'agissait srement d'un retour d'email fait par erreur et donc j'en ai envoy un autre demandant si un appel tlphonique serait plus simple pour rpondre ma question. Le conseiller m'a alors rappel et expliqu comment la dsinstallation allait se passer. Durant le mme appel, je confirme que je voulais poursuivre avec ma soumission et payer le montant demand pour effectuer la commande. Malheureusement, le conseiller sest bas sur la soumission quil mavait transmis dans son dernier email (celui qui est vide en rponse ma question) - et que je n'avais pas ouvert - et non sur celle dont on a discut durant 2 semaines. Jai une part de responsabilit en ne vrifiant pas la commande finale, mais le conseiller refuse de reconnatre son erreur en menvoyant une soumission qui na rien voir et sans mentionner dans lemail que celui-ci contient une nouvelle soumission. Je me retrouve a devoir payer des frais de 900$ pour le remplacement de la chemine. (Au passage retirer la chemine bois ma cot 375, linstallation de la nouvelle 850$, elle celle ci nest pas encore raccorde au gaz ou l'lectricit) J'ai demand vrifier les enregistrements d'appels s'ils en ont pour vrifier que je n'avais pas demand ce changement, mais malheureusement non. Enfin si ce n'tait que a, jaurais pu faire avec en me disant que ca mapprendra vrifier plus, mais une estimation errone est venu se rajouter sur le tout: Le cap acier inox pour fermer le dessus de la bote de chemine tait estim +- 750$. Il m'en cotera finalement 1118$, soit une diffrence de 50% ! J'avais une chemine standard, jaurais pens que le montant de base soit la moyenne du cot de ce cap et que plus ou moins serait sous les 15%.
