A good statue but really this looks like Batman from the side. Im not sure if this is a coincidence or if this statute actually inspired the Batman comics, Tv series and movies. Ill leave it to you decide as you ponder the greatness of this statue.

Franois de Laval(1623 - 1708), first Roman Catholic bishop of New France, he founded the Sminaire de Qubec and many other lasting institutions as well as fighting for the rights of the Aboriginal people. Bishop Franois de Laval was canonized by the pope Franois in April 2014. He was acknowledged in 2018 a historical figure of Qubec in 2018. His tomb is inside of the Notre-Dame de Qubec Cathedral, right below a bronze recumbent statue. This magnificent monument was constructed in 1908, in front of old beautiful buildings, at the corner of rue du Fort and de la Montagne.
