Elle n'a jamais donn suite et j'ai d rappeler pour confirmer la modification. Suite au rendez-vous, il a fallu deux semaines pour avoir la fermeture avec mon institution financire. Elle n'a pas fourni les confirmations requises pour certains documents ce qui a ralenti le remboursement de certains frais. Je l'ai contact pour lui en faire part et elle n'a pas rpondu mon message. J'ai d renvoyer un message 48 heures plus tard en mentionnant que si je n'avais pas de rponse, j'allais porter plainte la chambre des notaires du Qubec. l'exception de lappel initial et du dernier courriel, elle est reste courtoise et professionnelle dans son approche.
