Chalet sur Lac Pontbriand

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Chalet sur Lac Pontbriand in Rawdon, QC. While the location boasted stunning natural beauty with serene views of the lake, it left much to be desired in terms of comfort and convenience. The chalet itself was quite spacious, but the lack of comfortable furnishings made it difficult to truly relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the isolated location, though picturesque, meant that we were far from any attractions or activities, limiting our options for entertainment. Perhaps the most significant issue we encountered during our stay was the owner's strict policy on not allowing toilet paper to be flushed down the drain. While this may be understandable due to plumbing concerns, the owner failed to provide proper trash cans or any alternative solution for disposal, making for a very inconvenient and uncomfortable experience. Upon leaving my initial review, I was disappointed by the owner's response. Instead of addressing my concerns, they accused me of spamming, which only served to reinforce my negative impression of the chalet. Overall, our stay at Chalet sur Lac Pontbriand was marred by the lack of comfort and convenience. Although the natural surroundings were undeniably beautiful, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this chalet to others seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation spot.

Greate place to relax and enjoy the nature. We stayed there 3 weekends in a row , best place ever! The house is very clean and has everything you need. 2nd floor is for sleeping and first floor is for gathering, so the kids can sleep upstairs and not hear anything downstairs. The jacuzzi outside is a nice plus. Fishing is amaising in the morning! 5 min drive to the stores and hiking trails. Will defenetly come back!

Au bord du lac, une vue exceptionnelle, trs spacieux, confortable et trs quip pour passer de super vacances en famille par toutes conditions mto.
