En septembre 2020 , le proprio est venu me faire une soumission et m'a remis une facture mentionnant les travaux effectuer, mon dpt de 400 $ et stipulais que les travaux dbuteraient dbut octobre 2020. Aprs a j'ai attendu... Monsieur n'est pas fiable, pas ponctuel;malgr, les rendez-vous, il ne les respectait pas; reports plusieurs reprises ,pis a, c'est quand il ne se prsentait pas du tout, sans pravis, alors qu'on l'attendait. Du vrai niaisage.Il ne retournait pas mes appels quand bien mme je lui ai laiss plusieurs messages. Quand j'avais la chance de l'avoir au bout du fil pour lui demander quand il allait passer faire les travaux, le monsieur en question, le proprio, n'tait pas trs sympathique et me disait que je le drangeais. Une fois, il a envoy ses employs, sans avertissement, mon domicile, alors qu'ils n'taient pas attendu du tout, et que moi, j'tais indisponible. Finalement, le proprio tait pour faire excuter la moiti des travaux ,mais au plein prix. Vraiment n'importe quoi ! Alors, je lui ai redemand mon dpt de 400$, ce qu'il a refus et il m'a dit de le poursuivre.C'est ce que je suis en train de faire; je suis en pleine dmarche pour l'amener au petites crances. Le service n'tait dj pas trs bon avant les travaux, je suis heureuse de ne pas avoir entamer les travaux avec cet entrepreneur de mer... Assurment, je ne conseille aucunement les services de cette entreprise absolument personne. mon avis, c'est une compagnie pas srieuse du tout, aucun professionnalisme... Et comme je peux voir, plusieurs clients ont eu la mme problmatique que moi avec cette entreprise ! J'ai t flou par une compagnie qui a mon avis, je qualifie de broche foin, qui n'en veut qu' l'argent de votre dpt, sans rendre le service attendu. C'est vraiment du n'importe quoi !!!
