Mes enfants l'ont ador, maman/papa aussi, papa jusqu' un certain temps par exemple. Mon exprience as t trs dsagrable suivant la sparation entre maman et moi-mme ( puisqu'il y avait dmarches judiciaires entre les 2 parents ). Malgr que la direction se disait neutre/impartiale, loin en tait le cas (trs loin). La direction en commenant avait rdige une lettre (la directrice, lorsque interpell par moi au sujet de cette lettre, disait que le CPE navait jamais fait de lettre,ne pas savoir de quoi je parlais, tout en ayant la lettre en ma possession ) en faveur de madame attestant que c'tait elle qui se dplaait beaucoup plus que papa pour dposer/prendre les enfants. Chose qui avait t facilement dmenti puisque chacun des parents ont des puces fournis par le CPE. (A la demande de mon avocate de sortir le registre des puces, la directrice a donn toute sorte d'excuses pour ne pas le faire) Un incident particulier o un de mes enfants avait un de ses poignets fractur (incident arriv chez maman et non au CPE). Mais envoy au CPE avec un enorme ecchymose sur son poignet et se plaignant (mon fils) qu'il avait "son squelette bris" sans qu'aucune ducatrice ne s'en rende compte, jusqu' la journe o mon temps de garde dbute et le vois de mes propre yeux dans la cour du CPE se tenant le bras et me disant de loin qu'il avait trs mal. (Trouv cet incident extrmement ordinaire) La direction qui contina de me "rassurer" qu'ils taient encore et toujours neutre, jusqu'au moment o j'en ai eu assez et que j'ai d demander la directrice "si vous tes si neutre que a, comment se fait-il qu'il y a des ducatrices du CPE devenu amies Facebook de maman suivant notre sparation?" Sa reponse: et bien ce n'est pas cens tre (sa porte rflchir sur la fermet de la rglementation a suivre entre ducatrices et parents en dehors du travail et surtout l'honntet de sa phrase "nous sommes neutres") Sans oublier une ducatrice en particulier qui donnait des cadeaux en cachette mon ex conjointe. Et une autre qui adore mettre son nez dans tout ce qui ne la regarde pas (je ne nommerai pas le nom, mais elle devrai se reconnatre assez facilement) Bref: tant que vous tes un couple parfait, c'est une excellente garderie, vousbswrez acceuilli les bras ouverts avec leur plus beau sourire. Et pour les papas: si votre couple arrive une sparation, faite trs attention ce CPE, en rsum, ils ont essay de me mettre des btons dans les roues plusieurs reprises Sans oublier le regard que l'ont vous lance lorsque vous continuez y apporter vos petits, regard o certain papa pourrai se sentir intimid assez facilement. Pour ma part, ds notre sparation, je n'y envoyait plus mes tout petits (sauf lorsque le temps de garde changeait, il se faisait au CPE), mais comme ex conjoint de fait responsable, contina de payer jusqu' la fin pour accommoder madame. Je met 3 toiles, non pour moi, mais parceque mes 3 enfants ont ador malgr tout ce CPE.
