Well! But what kind of world do you live in to sneakily and savagely appropriate a client in such a despicable way? No respect and minimum of knowing how to live, I would give 0 stars if I could. One expects to be a victim of such behavior with a cell phone salesman, not a funeral home. Furieux, je demande l'agent (question rtorique) si c'est une procdure normale d'accourir au ramassage dune dpouille sans avoir prix d'arrangement ou sign d'ententes et on me rpond que oui. H bien! Mais dans quelle genre de monde vivez vous pour vous appropri sournoisement et sauvagement un client de cette manire abjecte? Aucun respect et minimum de savoir vivre, je donnerai 0 toile si je le pouvais. On s'attend d'tre victime d'un tel comportement avec un vendeur de tlphone cellulaire, pas un salon mortuaire.
