Acceuillant et patient comme les coachs sont avec moi jai commenc amen ma Femme avec moi. Elle sest sentit support et elle aussi a vue ses progrets augment a un rythme patant. Ca fait vraiment du bien d'avoir acces a un gym sans attitude negatives, o tout le monde est heureux de te voir, une famille o chaques regard est rpondu par un sourir et o personne ne vas hsit a vous preter main forte. Tout ca, parce que le Tristar n'est pas un gym conventionel. Cest un gym o un groupe de personne avec les memes passions s'entraident et grandissent ensemble.
